When you are enrolled in an online class and miss a class, you have the opportunity to “make up” that class by listening to the recording. If you need CEUs for the missed class, you must write a detailed summary of the class and submit it within two weeks of the date of the original class.
Registration for a recorded webinar is good for 90 days.
In order to receive CEUs for a recorded webinar, you must pass the accompanying quiz. If you should not pass the quiz on the first try, you must wait a minimum of 48 hours before taking it again. A maximum of two tries is allowed.
Once an order has shipped, except in the case of a damaged book, there are no refunds on books.
Once you have paid for a recorded webinar, refunds are not normally given. Please contact support to discuss extenuating circumstances.
Once a class has started or a recorded class has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
Margie Holds Court Publishing must be notified in writing of the damage and the nature of the damage within 15 days of the shipping date. Including a picture of the damaged book and the box is highly recommended.
Margie Holds Court Publishing will respond to that notification via email and must then receive the damaged book within 15 days of the response.
Once the damaged book is received, a replacement will be shipped.
Except in the case of a damaged shipment, which will be replaced, there are no refunds.
Contact support for more information.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Only priority shipments are insured against loss.
Once payment has cleared, orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours.
We process all orders from California. There are two options available for shipping: priority mail, which takes two to four business days, and media mail, which takes eight to twelve business days.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must contact the MHCP operations manager prior to the time the order is shipped. You will receive a full refund. (Please do not email Margie directly as that potentially will delay the process and result in shipment of the order.)
If you wish to cancel and the order has been shipped, return policy guidelines apply.
Any book that arrives to you in a damaged condition will be replaced free of charge if these guidelines are followed:
- MHCP must be notified in writing of the damage and the nature of the damage within 15 days of the shipping date. Including a picture of the damaged book and the box is highly recommended.
- MHCP will then send a shipping label for the return of the book, which must be done within 15 days of receipt of the shipping label.
- Once the damaged book is received, a replacement will be shipped.
There is a $5.00 handling charge added to all website orders.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 and the USPS, shipping times may be significantly delayed.
