Refund Policy

There are no refunds on books once they are shipped. If a shipment arrives damaged, please advise immediately.

    Margie, I have decided to just cancel the Ebook order, please refund my money. I cannot get it to work. The IT guy never did contact me either, but a friend that bought it from you gave me instructions, and it still would not work. I just want a refund for now, and maybe later will try again.
