Shipping & Handling Policies

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Only priority shipments are insured against loss.

Once payment has cleared, orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours.

We process all orders from California. There are two options available for shipping: priority mail, which takes two to four business days, and media mail, which takes eight to twelve business days.

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must contact the MHCP operations manager prior to the time the order is shipped. You will receive a full refund. (Please do not email Margie directly as that potentially will delay the process and result in shipment of the order.)

If you wish to cancel and the order has been shipped, return policy guidelines apply.

Any book that arrives to you in a damaged condition will be replaced free of charge if these guidelines are followed:

  • MHCP must be notified in writing of the damage and the nature of the damage within 15 days of the shipping date. Including a picture of the damaged book and the box is highly recommended.
  • MHCP will then send a shipping label for the return of the book, which must be done within 15 days of receipt of the shipping label.
  • Once the damaged book is received, a replacement will be shipped.

There is a $5.00 handling charge added to all website orders.
