The word “court.” standing alone, is capped when it refers to the judge, one trial judge, and the judge alone. Otherwise, it is not capped.

…The Court will rule on the motion.

…The court will adjourn for the day.
…We will go to court with this.
…The trial court has the power to decide on this.

Happy punctuating!
